The paper by Tobias Debiel and Ulf Terlinden summarizes the features of governance in post-conflict societies and discusses some of the strategies for promoting good governance in development co-operation. Section 3 considers the most promising entry points for promoting good governance in post-conflict societies and proposes their prioritization and sequencing. The conclusion in section 4 also points out some of the potential goal conflicts in this process.
